2.Temakery Amsterdam
A Fast Casual Restaurant, that’s how they describe themselves. All the meals at Temakery are made just in front of you. You can choose out of several bases like a bowl, wrap or hand roll. Than you choose your base out of grains and fill it up with proteins like fish, tofu or chicken. You can also get one of the big food trends of this moment, the Poké bowl!

3.Liquid Mokum
A cup of broth in the morning instead of a cup of coffee? Yes. It seems to be a new trend in town. At Liquid Mokum (like the name!) you can get fresh, homemade broth whole day. Talking about starting the year healthy….

4.Sticky Fingers Amsterdam
This place opened it’s doors right at the end of 2016. It’s called an eco pastry shop and you can get the most delicious sweet treats here. Coconut macaroons are their signature snacks. And yes, they are to die for!

5.The Avocado Show
Sounds like a comedy show, but it’s for real. This ‘show-shop’ will be entirely devoted to the avocado. From breakfast, lunch at late night snack…. every dish has an avocado in the lead. Opening in February!
