Normally I don’t talk too much about being a mother. But when it comes to great design, I DO want to highlight cool kids design. Like the Greentom, a great Dutch design (yes, it is!) stroller.
Dutch designer Bart Bost came up with the design driven by his wish to give birth to the first truly honest stroller. It needed to be particularly practical and sustainable. Or, to put it short: form follows function. And besides that it had to be a 100% green product. So all frames are sustainable. Besides that the fabrics are entirely made out of recycled drinking bottles.
I use the Greentom now for 9 months for my baby daughter. First the Carrycot and now the Reversible. Everytime I’m outside with the stroller I’m suprised with the compliments I get about the design. And, yes, without exception all positive! What I like about Greenroom, besides the design, is also the price. It’s half the price of the more well-known stroller brands. Good thing, that such a green design piece is really affordable.
