Unfortunately 2015 did not start out quietly. Especially after last week it’s not strange that you might be in need of something that appeases you in some way. A way to find peace within yourself is to go to the new online platform called The House of Yoga. At this platform you can follow classes worldwide, when and wherever you want, by using your mobile, tablet, computer or (smart)TV. The House Of Yoga offers a variety of classes: you choose how, when and where you want to do a class. In other words: home is where your mat is… For me, in this case, that’s Cape Town at the moment. It’s a perfect way to get relaxed in an easy way (and also cheap way) when you’re travelling abroad or just when you have a gap between work and other obligations.
House of what?
The House of Yoga is created and curated by a growing collective of yogis and spiritual thinkers, travellers and writers, creatives and free spirits. I.e., a group of yoga-minded people that are driven to tell authentic stories in which the essence of the yoga lifestyle is captured. Each of the stories, films, interviews and essays that can be found at the online yoga platform are meant to inspire and engage people in their search for personal happiness. And don’t we all want to discover that…?
