From 14 – 18 September the Westergasterrein will be a playground for over 60 young emerging artist from all over Europe and beyond. Art festival NEU NOW will be held for the second time in Amsterdam, providing a platform for exceptional artist that are in their final year of study or recently graduated. The programme consists of exhibitions, performances, workshops, films and artist talks converging to provide new perspectives on the current art scene and future opportunities for the artists involved. The exhibition is freely accessible and shows a diversity of disciplines from visual arts, to video and from design to architecture; all very well curated and coming together in the industrial setting of the Machinegebouw. On Saturday night the exhibition is open till 01.00 and a little arty party is held with music performances by Jo Goes Hunting and deadHYPE + beers provided by Warsteiner.
